History

Dalia Yaghi El Khoury, holder of the Lebanese and the Italian nationalities, founded the Yaghi.Khoury & Associates in 1995.

Her rapid progress goes back to her educational and professional record.

In 1991, she received her B.A in Lebanese Law from Saint Joseph University – Beirut.

In 1992, she received her D.E.S.S Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité from Paris II – Assas University.

In 2008, she received her PostGraduate in Law Degree - Banking and financial markets from Saint Joseph University - Beirut.

In 1995, Mrs. Dalia Yaghi El Khoury founded her own law firm that provided a wide range of legal services to both individuals and corporations.

Studies produced for the Lebanese Ministry of Finance:

• The draft law on the application of the VAT tax in Lebanon.
• The draft law relating to customs taxes and duties.
• The fiscal and legal regime of Lebanese offshore S.A.L companies.

Mrs. Dalia Yaghi El Khoury is a Lecturer in civil and commercial law at Centre d’Etudes Bancaires – Saint Joseph University, Beirut – Lebanon.

Currently, Mrs. Dalia Yaghi El Khoury is looking forward to expanding the law firm by cooperating with Ali Jaafar Law Office in Doha, Qatar.
